Known as the “Oscars of HR”, MiTek Dedicated Services has won a “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” award. Based in Vietnam, the Dedicated Services team provides vital technical resource to the UK’s top housebuilders, and supply chain.
The prestigious international award recognises companies with exceptional Human Resources’ policies and leading workplace environments throughout Asia, including Singapore, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and beyond.

MiTek Dedicated Services, which opened its new Headquarters in Vietnam in early 2024, forms part of the team which works with drafting, design, estimating, construction take-offs, and 3D visualisation projects for the UK market. Every year, the team delivers over 30,000 projects to housebuilding customers here in the UK.

From a field of more than 700 nominees, MiTek Dedicated Services earned a place as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” by HR Asia, the highly regarded and leading human resources magazine in Asia.
The business fosters this environment in a variety of ways, from hosting inter-generational workshops and activities focused on topics like mental health, gender equality, and English language skills, to working collaboratively on social impact projects, to providing targeted career development programs for team members at different stages of their careers.
Winners were determined through a thorough evaluation process that included an online employee survey using the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) to measure staff satisfaction based on three factors: Core (strategy – structure), Self (individuals) and Group (collectives). The process also involved an interview with company leadership and an independent external study on employer reputation conducted by HR Asia.
The HR Asia Awards (HRAA) Assessment Board highlighted MiTek Dedicated Services achievements in three key areas: exceptional employee engagement, robust recruitment, and training.
This latest award win follows MiTek UK & Ireland winning Housebuilder’s Best Product Award 2024 (for Posi-Joist), while being nominated as a finalist for Building magazine’s Digital Excellence and Net Zero Awards.
